Milissa Else

Milissa Else, M.P.S., serves as Assistant to the Chancellor for Pastoral Projects for the Archdiocese of Newark and is also a part-time Director of Religious Education at a parish. A graduate of the Loyola Institute for Ministry, she completed the Religion and Ecology focus area concentration, integrating this perspective into her professional ministry. Milissa brings Berry’s ecological vision into her work on synodality by emphasizing deep listening, presence, and communion with all—people and the natural world alike. Her commitment to adult faith formation and small Christian communities reflects and furthers Berry’s legacy of relational, creation-centered spirituality.
